Suprshot is an AI-native Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses manage their client interactions and data. The Service is provided "as is" and is currently in an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally be incorrect, misleading, or biased. You acknowledge that you should verify any AI-generated information before relying on it for critical business decisions. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content generated by our AI tools.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Suprshot and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
