Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Suprshot collects, uses, protects, retains, and deletes personal data, including Google user data accessed through Google Workspace integrations.

1. Information We Access

When you connect Google Workspace to Suprshot, we may access:

  • Basic Google account information, including your name, email address, and profile information.
  • Gmail message content and metadata needed to monitor inquiry threads, load conversation history, send replies, and mark processed inbound emails as read.
  • Google Calendar event, availability, and settings data needed to create and delete consultations, check free/busy availability, and read timezone settings for scheduling.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide the features you enable in Suprshot, including:

  • Reading inquiry emails and Gmail thread history so photographers can review and manage leads.
  • Sending email replies from the connected Gmail account.
  • Marking processed inbound messages as read after handling them.
  • Creating, updating, and deleting consultation events in Google Calendar.
  • Checking Google Calendar availability before scheduling consultations.
  • Reading Google Calendar timezone settings so scheduling is accurate.

Suprshot does not use Google user data for advertising and does not use it for any purpose other than the product functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Data Protection Mechanisms

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest before storage.
  • Application traffic is transmitted over secure connections.
  • Access to Google user data is limited to the product workflows described in this policy and only when the user enables those integrations.
  • We apply security controls intended to reduce unauthorized access and common web security risks.

4. Data Retention

We retain Google user data while your account is active and the data is needed to provide Suprshot’s services and enabled workflows.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Suprshot account data and associated Google user data by emailing support@suprshot.com.

After a verified deletion request or account closure, we will revoke connected Google access and delete associated Google user data within 30 days.

6. Sharing and Sale of Google User Data

Suprshot does not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data except as necessary to operate the service, comply with applicable law, or protect our rights and users.

7. User Controls

Connecting Google Workspace is optional. You can disconnect Google Workspace from within the app, and you can request deletion of stored account data by contacting support@suprshot.com.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Suprshot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
